Since 1994 I’ve been studying yogic, meditation & holistic health practices. To teach women how to feel amazing!

Meditation/Yoga + Massage

Shiatsu is amazing! It is similar to the benefits of acupuncture- health, increased well being, better digestion, deeper sleep, libido etc.

Shiatsu works at the bodies deepest level, below our muscles is an energy flow feeding the organs, tissues and muscles.  If you love yoga and the way you feel after class, you’ll love shiatsu.

Private Meditation Coaching (30 min) + Shiatsu Massage (1 hour) 

Packages are the preferred way of working together.

From there we can create a bespoke wellness package, we request a two month minimum commitment:

$1497.00 you get: 

  • 4 in person (at your home) 90 min sessions
  • 3 virtual 30 min sessions  via Skype/Zoom where you are supported in integrating meditation/specific practices into your life.

This package unfolds over two months (4 in person sessions + 3 coaching calls.)

Single session: $450 $270*
